Yesterday for dinner, I made Applebee's Lemon shrimp parmesan with rice. Now the serving I got at Applebee's was 13 pts. The one I made was 11 pts. It was only a cup serving. The serving at applebee's had to been at least three cups. I don't think Applebee's following the correct servings for WW?
