how are my girls doing today.. hopefully well.. i'm here if anybody needs to talk or vent.. you should know that by now.. but yeah i have a question, i eat late during the day so breakfast ends up being around 10 well maybe thats not that late.. then i have something like a salad to eat around 3-4, i eat stuff in between like pepperoni but sometimes it just doesnt taste right so i dont eat much.. but after midnight thats when i need something to eat, what should i do.. is that going to effect my weight loss and i really need to start working out on a regular basis but it seems like things revolve around everybod and there needs.. or nobody to watch the baby or the hubby and baby is asleep and i dont the baby to wake up while i'm gone..i dunno feeling a lil down today, not that i'm gonna cheat.. uggghhh i hate when i feel like this

I feel your pain! I have to get up at 4:30 every morning so that I can get my coffee and get on the treadmill or by the time my husband and kids are up ... I can forget it! I'm just the mom ... I'm here for everyone else and I have NO wants or needs, lol ... also I think they actually believe that the house fairy comes and cleans so I should Never be tired! It makes it hard at times but I usually manage. I do need that "ME" time though. As far as eating after midnight .... what are your sleeping hours? I try to go to bed about 9 or 10 p.m. so I try not to eat after 6 or 7. I think if you just tried not to eat a couple hours before bed, you should be o.k.

Yeah, I agree...try to go to bed earlier!!! Your body will thank you!!!
