I went to the dentist this morning IN my workout clothes so I would be motivated to exercise when I got home. Of course it started raining. I did do Super Hula on the wii fit. It will definitely get your heart pumping! Afterwards I did a strength training exercise. Forgot the name of it. I did not sit down to relax until 5:30 so at least I have up doing stuff. It has stopped raining so maybe I can get a walk or bike ride in this evening. :)
Doing great on keeping calories down today and I have eaten A LOT! So far I have drank 32oz of water. 32 more to go! Feels good!
One of my challenges starts Friday so it's time to get busy!
