I had fish and chips the other night....I have no idea why....just wanted it...it wasn't even a good cheat...the breading was so thick on the fish it was gross....now I'm paying for it....also last weekend I had some of my husband's ice cream...I just wanted it so I had it...no triggers...So for the last 2 days sticking to my usual south beach...and my tummy is feeling flatter...last Friday my tummy felt so flat...so I think I got cocky and thought I could eat what I wanted...
