Really frustrated this past week. Actually gained a pound. Not sure why. Kept calories around 1500 every day, walked every day and kept carbs around 50 each day, until yesterday. But just didn’t drop like I was before. I did eat to much yesterday, out of frustration, but just ate too many almonds and skinny pop. Need to refocus and maybe change something to kick start this weight loss again. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks.

If you want to do keto you need to keep carbs consistently under 20. And probably lower your protein and up your fat. You may not be doing keto in which case just keep going. It will work. But the scale does not always tell us what we want to hear. It is a long journey

It’s probably that you are counting before you eat and you are not being obsessive about counting everything

Be proud of the 25 lbs you lost in a month. If you’re doing the right things, your body will improve no matter what the scale says. Keep at it! It’s a long journey!

Thanks all. I do my counting after I eat. It keeps me honest. I’m sure it’s just a plateau. I will get a little more focused and see how I do. I think it’s the addition of to many almonds. Again, thanks to all for the encouragement.
