Today there is a church dinner. I always manage to eat something I shouldn't. Today I'm not going to be supergirl. I am going to eat carefully. I'm taking chicken and rice, cole slaw, and grapes for dessert. If I sample the delicious cooking of others, I will be careful to not overeat. If I eat dessert, it will be by deliberate choice and I will not obsess if I do.

Not sure if this helps, but try some sugar free jello with sugar free (Land of Lakes) whipping cream from can on top of jello.
