Scale finally going in right direction- yippee- continuing to eat what I want /logging all foods keeping diet clean and healthy. Know that LCHF diet was causing me to get depressed - can’t blame all on diet though - suffer from winter blues - hoping I’ve struck gold. Low carb - increased protein substantially - missed my larger portion of meat - keeping fingers crossed I’ve finally found something that works for me. Increased steps to build endurance lost over winter - shooting for another week before going to gym
