today was a hard day. I had a vendor event and didn't pack a lunch so my partner had to find drive through keto which can be tricky. I know better than to leave finding food to chance and yet. the physical part of today left me feeling like my body was one frozen ridged piece. very sobering to feel how little I move my body compared to before. but i am not defeated, just sore lol
