It's great to beat the scales this morning! Hopefully, I am over that hump & headed back down the hill that I was rolling down! YAY! =) I am still sore today, but I have got to get moving! It is going to be beautiful here today (high of 74), so I think I will go for a long walk! Hope everyone has a blessed day!
