Yesterday I was unable to make it to the gym however, My son and I walked to Target to get some ingredients to make chili. This was a 3 mile walk so I figured it was a good day. I made the chili from this site and OMG it was amazing. It was the lean beef and bean chili. So all in all, yesterday was day 2 of good days.
