Successes:
1) Tackled stress with walking and positive self-talk.
2) Kept myself busy so I don't eat a whole box of chocolates.

Gratitude:
1) For a loving and supporting husband who does his best to get me through my panicky times.
2) For having a boss that lets me walk when I need it most!
