Today hasn't been the best day for eating. I started the day out wrong when I drove my fat butt up to McDonalds to get breakfast...and instead of getting something "healthy" I opted for the sausage,egg & cheese McGriddle w/ a hashbrown. Then I didn't eat lunch b/c I was still full from breakfast. So for a snack I ate strawberry shortcake w/ cool whip. Then I fixed dinner and it went down hill from there. Now my Dr. told me to watch my intake of potassium, well I sure did watch my intake alright..I made a small pot of mashed potatoes and I have a weakness for mp's, hey my nickname isn't Spud for nothing..*winks* So lets say I had more than I should have at dinner..I don't think I'll ever find my groove again. I really need a physcial work out partner..and right now I don't have that. Oh well..I'll eventually find my groove. Good luck to all ya'll losing weight.

Shelly is right, don't beat yourself up. I believe weight gain is more mental. You have to look inside and find out why you want to lose weight, it needs to be for you, not the money that your husband is dangling in front of you. Think of those McD foods as poison because that's what it really is to people like us. Good luck to you, we're all in this thing together, we're pulling for you. -Lee
