whew today was a somewhat long day... had to cook,clean,go shopping,so i didnt really have time to eat.. you know what let me stop lying.. whenever i'm on Atkins i have a hard time eating during the day.. half the time i forget to eat(weird, i have memory issues)so right now i'm eating a chicken, romaine, onion, cheese, bacon drizzled with blue cheese salad and a fresca soda... hopefully i dont wake up in the middle of the night..
