Having a reasonable time keeping to my points target. Yesterday I really wanted to eat though, and did go over by a couple points. Thank heavens for the 35 optional points.
This newer WW Plan is definately better than the plan of 5-7 years ago. I believe it gives you the ability to lose weight a fair amount faster.
What I'm not really keen on is that I think I have proven (by my earlier in the year plateau) that my true maintenance daily points target is 20-22 points. I need to adjust to that idea.
