Had another good day with more water loss. I know that it will get harder once I have gotten rid of the excess water however will take it one day at a time. Had to force myself to get on the treadmill last night but glad that I did. let's hope for another good day today
217.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 57.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
