TODAY:
B - Soup, Veggie L - Pita Chips with Hummus S - Naan, TGIF Mozzarella chips w/ ranch D - Big Salad with mushrooms, lettuce, baby kale, golden tomatoes, 4 ritz, sharp cheddar, ranch, & 1 slice russian rye
I could have done without the nasty TGIF snack. I also didn't exercise or drink enough water. Let's see if I can get it together tonight. I otherwise did "reasonably well" :-)
