I've been getting a lot of exercise in today. I received a call from my contractor that they would be coming out tomorrow to do work in my attic. I thought I would have a little more notice than 32 hours before hand. I have been moving boxes from one side of my attic over to the other side all day. This has to be done so they will have room to work. I can't complain, the work is being done for free. It will be interesting to see how this is reflected in my weekly weigh in. Especially since I don't normally work out because I have Fibromyalgia which makes it difficult. I have been slowly trying to build up time on my eliptical but my legs begin to burn and I get out of breath very quickly. Moving everything in the attic has taken all day, due to having to take many breaks. I'll just be glad when the work is done and my attic can be organized again.
