Day 11: 8.08amI am having my first CS chocolate shake. There is no skim milk in my sis's house. So, I mix the chocolate shake powder with 100ml full cream milk ad 100ml water. It tastes sweeter than cafe latte shake. The consistency is more thicker than cafe latte shake as well. Hopefully, I do well today. Update later. 11.53amI cheated a bit. I had some chocolates while feeding my nephew. Sis's house has tons of bad foods and they are just right in front of me. It's hard to resist haha. I found this on pinterest and I did it! It's somewhat challenging to me because I haven't been doing any sort of workouts for a long time. I couldn't do reverse crunches and planks (my arms are very weak) so I did crunches and knee-to-elbow touch instead. I'm going to do another set before I have my second shake :]
