I feel great!! I think I stuck to diet today, I am used to flex and I switched to core. I had bleu cheese (which is not core and 2 slices bacon (not core) and I exercised for 15 min and worked 9 hours.I don't quite understand why the rest and sleep calories burned are there but ok, not too many people are on core, so this is gonna be tougher then I thought.I didn't snack as much today and my snacks were healthy, usually have no problem with popcorn but goodness I didn't think a whole back of smart pop would be 260 cal!!! So I am not sure if i stuck to diet or not so I am worried!!! Any input appreciated!!

I'm not doing core, but there is a message board on the ww website just for core. Also, I was thinking about switching to core and found this HUGE list of core foods (it even shows the brands)! http://www.lowcarbfriends.com/bbs/past-amazing-posts/332315-ww-core-food-list.html
