I'm going to increase my RDI by 100 (from 1500 to 1600) since I've started level 2 of Insanity... Ugh, I am not looking forward to my workout... But I am looking forward to eating more!

how long do you do the insanity program everyday?
|
The workouts range from 40 minutes to 60 minutes. And there are "mini" workouts that you tack on to them sometimes, like Insane Abs (16 minutes) or the Fit Test (25 minutes). So it can be as much as 85 minutes, ick. But on a normal day for level 2, it's about an hour a day.
