Well, the data looks precise, but it's actually very unprecise. It's from my Tanita Body Composition Scanner

But, as I said, the readings vary a lot. Though you can always conclude even with the big margin of error, that you're on a good track as two or three good results in a row are a more secure proof that those results are real.
The results vary wildly on a daily basis and I wish I had something more accurate but this helps having a clue, at least. You can see the big variance by looking at my past journal days and comparing the data. This Body Composition Scanner uses Bio Impedance technology to make its readings. I've read that the older models were not so precise so, if you get a newer one, it'll probably be more accurate.
