Why would you weigh so frequently? It does no good - I mean if it was down 1/2 lb. what would you think you did in the 30 minutes since you last weighed that would make you lose it. Fluid shifts, hormones shift, intestines shift... All these things cause water levels to fluctuate, therefore, your weight will fluctuate from hour to hour. If it really bothers you, then you really should weigh less frequently - like once a week. IMO. Sorry.
