Darn! Thought I'd saved the previous journal but apparently it never did! So now I'm gna have to recreate the details! This week was a good beginning to my plan and atleast as far as excerse is concerned I've had a good start. I've met the exercse goals and been accounting to my accountability partner daily (almost).
Goal: cardio 2-3 times a week, min 30 mins
toning: 2-3 times a week, min 10 mins
mon:60 min walk
tues: 30 mins elliptical, upper weights, 75 crunches
wed: 30 elliptical, 75 crunches
tgurs: all day travel so no exercise and bad eating
fri: 60 min walking in ny
sat: 60 min walking before partying
bachelorette party: lots of drinking!
Sun: hoping to get in treadmill today (guilty breakfast of French toast)
