Day 9

I failed the diet. I don't even want to do my diet calender. :[ I know that if I say this, I will sound like a loser. Hmm, well.. Can I start tomorrow again?

Of course! You never fail unless you give up. Plan your day tomorrow and record everything. If you work, get a cooler and pack everything you need for the day. Get some fitness magazines and read them. Try some sites and new recipes. Get yourself excited and motivated about losing weight. Once you start losing you will feel good. Now get to it.

Sea - what's the worst that can happen by recording it? Maybe you're imagining it worse than it was and even if it was it may serve as a reminder of what you don't want to do again? Always get up and dust yourself off and start over but acknowledging a failed 'day' may help identify the triggers to avoid next time challenged.

Suzi161 & FullaBella: Thank you so much for your wise words! I've just found out that last week was the week before my period and I always have PMS. I need to work hard on dealing with PMS. ;]
