Ok, I blew it with alcohol and pizza last night even though I kept my calorie count down. This is my normal up and down pattern, but now I can't seem to go down more than 2 pounds before I go right back up. The challenges are going well -- I'm enjoying them! I guess the 30 day shred challenge should be the real test of whether I can get anywhere near my goal weight again...
150.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 150.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
