DOUBLE bacon with my Pecan Cream Cheese Pancakes this morning. Higher calorie breakfast, but I WILL stay within my new RDI of 1,600, and I WILL drink my 64-oz of Water, and I WILL get in my exercises (knee PT starts today), and I'll also get in my 5 servings of fruits & vegetables. This girl is on FIIRRRRE!

Yes, you DO, @laraae! They are THE BOMB! Of course, if you don't like pecans, you can use blueberries (but you must know, I don't think we can be friends anymore if you don't like nuts!)
