I was supposed to weigh Monday and forgot ugh. I’ve only worked twice since Monday 3/18 and yesterday was 1 of those 2 days.
I’m only cheating myself if I stop. I get lazy bc I don’t like my gym... I’ll get there tho. I’m proud of my results so far. 10 pounds. Could be water weight but it’s better than seeing nothing.
I have noticed my cardio is better so I’m thinking of trying the stair climber thing.

I need to set realistic goals so I changed my weight.... 165 is my goal. If I reach that I’ll change it to 160 and so forth.
