thamk you - will go back and research. Read most of your journals Very informative. Attempted grasping all Ive seen you done a lot of research -,wow. Have to admit that fasting more than 16hrs for me presently the max I did one time 26 hrs but was not intentional even after mulling over after eating I should have just gone to bed. Appreciate your feed back and if more suggestions open to learn. FYI. LOVE THE PICTURE OF THE STEAK. - DROOLING LOL
