You can do it! I've been hearing a bit of the same and I'm just responding with my desire to be at a healthy BMI, I've got a lot of belly fat to go, and it is hard for people to notice when it is all covered up. Thanks for posting, we support you all the way!

Only a calorie deficit (whatever diet) but only a calorie deficit will help you with the tummy fat. Also lifting weights 🏋️♀️ can help with body composition.
