Thank you! Consistency, consistency, consistency! 3 years of hard work. I wanted to give up so many times, would binge and be so angry with my self next day! Now I can aloud my self to eat a chocolate, ice cream or a glass of wine now and then. Train 6 times a week at the moment. My macros change every month.

That is quite a difference. Well done. Most of the gym happens in the kitchen. (what you put into your body. is what affects it the most) Training is good for muscle definition and help burn the calories.. Job well done.

Did you do weight training during this time? If so, did it seem like your weight didn’t budge a bit? I seem to be going through this now that I’ve started with weights as well and not only cardio
