I lost 2.6 lbs in a week...WOO HOO!!! I hope to keep it up. I need to drink more water and exercise more.

Good job! 2.6 pounds! That's great motivation. Your ideas about drinking water and exercising are right on. That's what will really spur you on in the next few weeks. Keep it up!
