Still searching what is right for me !! Big issue I’m hard on myself. Set a goal to reach my goal weight by Easter but logically right now I’m not going to make it - moved to 2nd week of May since my son will return from Kentucky after finishing up his masters so he can be Eligible for captain in PD Back to point read maybe due to calories too low - still within sugg calories - tried increasing carbs. Nope!! Been doing home exercises even though have gym membership. Slow I know but feel like slower than turtle pace Even tried - short lived If making no difference. Any sugg welcomed to aid me to reach my goal or am I reaching for the impossible

My daughter never could lose wt no matter what she did. On a quirk she started taking probiotics which changed her world! She’s lost 130 pounds in s year and has dropped 5 clothes sizes. Her wt loss is effortless and her auto immune disorders have disappeared. She had PCOS and all that entails. She now has energy and exercises every day (mostly swims 1 1/2 hours a day.)

You have done great!!! Lost so much. Your line has turned yellow. Those last pounds usually take longer. But maybe that prepares for maintenance. It will happen when it happen. Hang in there!!!

I try not to set weight goals my dates, it just sets me up for disappoint, because it is mostly a hard goal to achieve. I tend to set weekly goals that help motivate me to make better choices, like food goals, water, or exercise. I do have weight based rewards, but no time limit on them (my most recent reward for being under 165 was to start exploring laser hair removal for my chin hair from PCOS). My point is, set yourself up for success with your goal setting, you have done amazing so far, just be kind to yourself.
