Well this is the start of my journal i have been keeping a diary of what i eat since the 15th of april and so far i have dropped from 15th - 237lbs to 20th - 232lbs and today am at 219lbs i have only breakfast and lunch then in the evening i have a whey protein shake i dont have any snacks if i feel hungry i drink some water or have a cup of tea and if i feel like having chocolate i will have a small hot chocolate instead.
