Mid way thru the week and I feel amazing. I cheated and wieghed myself to check my progress and I was down 3 lbs. I still want to wait till Monday to record on here. I like to keep my weigh ins consistant. I have also started to notice that I now crave... EXERCISE. I can't believe it. I didn't go to the gym tonight and all I can think about is getting there after I get done with work. I just don't feel like myself anymore if I don't get my heart rate up. I also am starting to love what I see in the mirror and I am getting comments from my coworkers about my shrinking frame. I feel the best I have felt in my whole life and I can't wait to get to my goal wieght and just be healthy and happy for the rest of my life.
