3:30pm: I'm so tired today. I stayed up late to finish a movie and then my dog woke me up at 4am. Anyhow, I've been productive despite being so tired. Hoping to get some extra zzzs tonight.
Successes: 1) Been getting up on time to do a full 50 min workout. 2) Discovered a new favorite food. I made this almond spread but I don't know how to best log it since it's homemade. My food log may be a little off but I think calorie-wise, it's pretty accurate.
Gratitude: 1) For having a beautiful quiet morning to myself before going to work. 2) For having access to an espresso machine for those days when I need the extra kick!
