Well today is day 4 and I'm doing fairly well. I definitely don't feel as restricted with Atkins. Although, I totally can't get my mind off of carbs: bread..pasta...cookies... When will this go away? Hopefully soon, cuz I'm ready to just eat and not think about what I wish I could be having.
