Well I made it to the gym 2x's this week, played volleyball on Monday and Tuesday night and we have a big softball tournament this weekend so that to me is great exercise!!! I am very sore today from going to the gym and that is a great feeling! I really wanted to go again today at lunch, but we are having a surprise party for my sister-in-law tomorrow night "The Big 40!!!" and I had somethings I needed to get done. Oh well, will be playing ball like I said this weekend so that will make up for it I hope! Feeling pretty good right now.
Meals for today: Breakfast: Light and Fit Strawberry Yogurt snack: smoothie Lunch: salad snack: veggies (carrots, celery and radishes) Dinner: not sure yet, hubby has dive rescue class tonight and I am getting things ready for the party, so we will see what happens!
On the right track again and I am very pleased with it!
