I literally start eating right after I open my eyes and stop eating right before closing my eyes.
I do not know why I develop a very bad eating habit since I start working.
Anyway, I have a diet plan which will be starting tomorrow.
I will be doing the Celebrity Slim Rapid Phase. I bought the Cafe Latte flavour. I tasted it just before but with full cream milk thou T__T. It tastes so good and it's quite filling. See, it's 2.30am. I'm not sleeping early but eating this and that.
Anyway diet plan!!
My stats-Weight: 54kgs (I gained 2kg )
-Waist: 27-28 inches
Goal-50kg
-Lose 1kg a week. So, I will reach my goal weight at the end of December.
Plan-Follow Celebrity Slim Rapid Phase diet program
-Monday, Wednesday, Friday: Cardio at least 15 minutes
-Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday: Crunches and Squats
-Everyday: Stretches twice a day
-Record diet calendar and diary everyday on fatsecret
-Weigh-in once a week
If I manage to do it, I will have a new body and new healthy mindset to welcome 2013.
I think I'm ready!
