Woke at 237.2, up 1.2 from yesterday. Went over calorie goal yesterday with a few glasses of red wine to end the day. I will go a bit lighter on breakfast and lunch today to save some calories. UPDATE: Was at a meeting with my boss and we did a local food court where Five Guys was the choice. So much for moderating today. But huge day of walking around had me in the door at 235.2. Ate a good dinner, but drank some beers that literally were in my fridge since a party last summer. So, more carbs there.
