Went to New York City for the weekend to visit family. Great trip! Hotel was good, family behaved themselves, ate a lot but I am just going to guess at what and go on. I did pick appropriate items and not dessert every meal. My nephew was in the school play - great time. Not your usual show - the production apparently cost $40,000 to put on 6 performances! A cast of 80. Frank Sinatra High School! Back at work today - dancing tonight, lifting Wednesday, dancing maybe Thursday, but next weekend I am dancing probably 10 hours.
Reading the Time magazine bookzine of The Science of Exercise, and also trying to absorb the lessons of the Habit book by rereading it.
