I had ice cream yesterday....it was good. At least I didn't gain!

181.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb. Still to go: 26.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 2.8 lb a week

i had 1 spoonful of ice cream but i flushed it out with water i am trying so very very hard its been 5 days since i have had a mt dew im so proud of my self.
