Ok rest of yesterday thru this morning.
8p two hamburgers with mushrooms water and coffee 2 SB PB cookies (ps their not bad) 12mid few pieces of cheese coffee, coffee, coffee and water Cheated alittle and had some popcorn (was alittle upset over some stuff) But I did pass on the m&m and fruit smootie that I really wanted! Sleep time at 8 am when I get home. Not looking forward to it but think I am going to weighed in when I get up Sun afternoon.
Cross your fingers for me!!!

Good luck on your weigh in. You have been doing great & if the scale does not reflect that this week then it will surely show up next week....so don't get discouraged!!!

popcorn is allowed in phase 2 or 3. so its not that bad. You just took a tiny leap ahead for those few minutes, I agree, much better than nachos, cakes and cookies... god luck
