After several days of journaling and reading feed-back, I feel as though I am back on track-That is I made it my business to get back on track (with your help of course). I'm focused on proper foods and feel entirely better about myself and how far I can go on this diet - I will reach my goal, more quickly, if I remain focused and quit fooling with it. I can do this......Thanx. I also have to think that exercize helps me focus on diet, better health both physically and emotionally, rather than just doing it for the challenge, wanting to get it over with, and therefore not benefiting as much as I can.

Diet Calendar Entries for 23 April 2008:

Atta girl....! I KNEW you'd find your way back.....! Good for you....Remember darlin'.....nothing says you can't treat yourself occasionally.....but make it something to look forward to down the road - Like AFTER the challenge is over.....Only 9 days or so to go.....Really, tho if you can just Focus one day at a time.....you'll do AWESOME.....We're ALWAYS here for ya!!! GOOD NIGHT ALL: THANKS-this was a good day, taking it 1 day at a time; I CAN do this again tomorrow=it's not so much about the weight because that can take time, as it is the control and committment=If I do this, the weight will come off for sure as it already has.

It's good to hear that you are getting refocused Susie. God knows that I also have to concentrate more on exercise (enjoyable exercise). I sometimes feel like a hamster in the sports club though, and to be honest, I don't like that at all. :-) Keep up the good work!

Glad you're back on track. Exercise helps me focus too, I miss doing it when I do it regularly, but it can be so hard to get into the swing of things again if you haven't done any for a few days.
