Wow. I am so very proud and so estatic. I started this journey, it will be a month on June 28th and I have lost 10 pounds. It has been over a year since I weighed 162 pounds. Thank you Lord. This is what keeps me going; keeps me motivated to continue on this new, healthy journey. I pray everyone is doing good and staying on plan.
