back from walk and its coffee time! about a month ago i switched from making my coffee with milk to water. i did not like it at first but didnt need the calories and the added dairy. now, im just fine and very happy with it. it just takes time for your taste buds to make the adjustment. so now, i never buy milk or bread. i quit eating bread since i went off night shift at work.

i used to work 10 hour shifts till midnight and would get very hungry, so i brought bagel thins with peanut butter to fill me up. now that im on days, i work the same amount of hours but not as hungry early. i have the bagel thins but just dont eat them. so goodbye to those too.

so, now at night i can have protein and veggies and fruit.
