Been off awhile but doing really well without journal and recording all food. Im really pleased I havent gained much back and i have been able to eat some extra stuff on occasion. I have watched some pounds come back on but i was okay with it until today. Im sure it is the Thanksgiving and all that, however I am not happy with not seeing 135 in awhile. Im always happy entering my food and feel more secure when I do.

I still eat very well and stay on my plan. I never eat sweets or fried food. I never eat fast food. Even this thanksgiving, i had small portions and didnt over eat. But something is going on with the pounds creeping back, so im stopping it NOW. Its something im doing and not aware of, so im about to find out.
