Motivated's Journal, 04 September 2007

Day 1 of second six weeks. Goal: 6 weeks and 140lb (5lb). Keto mos, 145.2, bf 39.2, tbw 42%, Visc Fat 8/0, Musc mass 83.8/2, Bone mass 4.4, 2020/50.

Breakfast Atkins choc chip granola bar, coffee w half and half, lunch/dinner chicket stuffed w mushrooms and guyere cheese, iced tea. one hour slow walk for exersize.

Entering another phase of this program. It is now a part of my life and needs to continue to be so. I don't want to get bored, this, a second set of goals-hopefully attainable. Go girl!!!!
145.2 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 2.8 lb a week
