Tough week. Emotional eating, which I’ve been so good at controlling, popped up again. Tomorrow is another day, I can and will do better.

Definitely, it wasn’t even that bad calorie-wise. I’m right around maintenance for the week. I just hate this feeling and I want to be better. I know I can do better, and I will refocus and do it.

Sometimes I think people trying to lose weight like most of us here, need a sponsor like AA. Someone to talk us out of emotional binge eating. #guilty
