Had a crazy off schedule day yesterday and when I went to weigh in was disappointed to stay the same so I decided to break my once a week weigh in rule and got on the scale this morning and woo hoo I was down! I have worked hard to say no to many temptations and reached mini goal too! Hope you all at FS realize how much motivation you are to me to keep at it and be accountable!
