Well the scale held steady today despite yesterdays grazing in the field of failure. 10pm last night I finally resorted to waddling out into the store and retrieving a couple of ginger chews from the customer candy bowl just to settle my stomach. So two benefits from yesterday - 1) confirmation I'm on the right track this time - I HATED how I felt yesterday with all that fat, sodium, and sugar in my system and 2) researched the ginger chews for addtional RDI damage assessment and have decided to retrieve them all.
